Changing a Client's Status
In this article we will go through how you can update a client's status on Nexus
When you initially create a client on Nexus, the status automatically assigned to this client is 'Lead'.
The available client statuses on Nexus are as follows:
- Lead: An individual who has expressed interest in your services
- Prospect: A qualified lead, or an interested individual that has been determined to be likely to contract your services
- Active: A client who has officially signed up for your services
- Archived: A client who has decided to discontinue receiving your services
To update a client's status, you can navigate to their client profile and use the drop down in the top left corner.
